Lauren has experience in MLB, the NBA, and is currently working with college athletes at UCSD. His breadth of experience in sport and his years of working with force plates are just a few of the reasons we asked Lauren to help with this event.
2018's Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues were a remarkable story, coming from last place to end up winning the Cup. What makes this story even more remarkable is the fact that Head of Performance Eric Renaghan was short-handed for over half of the season, essentially filling three roles by himself! He's an engaging and compelling speaker and his experience speaks for itself - we are delighted to have him take part in this event!
