Tim Suchomel is an associate professor and Director of the Sports Science Master's Program at the University of Pittsburgh. He has published 2 books, 12 book chapters and over 110 peer-reviewed journal articles on topics that include weightlifting movements and their derivatives, strength and power development, and athlete monitoring and was awarded the 2022 Terry J. Housh Outstanding Young Investigator of the Year by the NSCA. Tim is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® with Distinction (CSCS,*D®) and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach with Distinction (RSCC,*D) through the NSCA. He was also recognized as a Master International Strength and Conditioning Practitioner through the International Universities Strength and Conditioning Association.
Brewer boasts over 25 years of experience around the world with athletic organizations including the Columbus Crew, Toronto Blue Jays, Arizona Rattlers, Widnes Vikings Rugby League Club in England and has had long-standing consultant relationships with Manchester United FC, USA Football, Wimbledon tennis championships, WTA, Scotland National Rugby League, Liverpool Ladies FC, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), US Joint Services Special Operations command, Cirque du Soleil and IMG Academy.
Aaron Duvall is the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Performance at the University of Pittsburgh, overseeing all Strength and Conditioning and Sports Science initiatives. He works in cooperation with sports medicine, sports dieticians, mental health, and all sport coaches to help advance the performance of Pitt’s student athletes and their respective programs
